NDA before the diagnosis
Signed before you send us a single file, not after. It's a normal step in the process and we're the ones who propose it.
Who has access
Only the founders. No subcontractors, no interns, no third parties with access to your files or your application.
What data we ask for, and what we don't
We work with aggregated operational data: volumes, times, amounts, item codes. We don't need personal data about your employees or your end customers, and we'd rather not receive it.
Where it lives and how it's stored
Every file we receive is stored encrypted and versioned with its date. Validation checks structure — columns, types, date formats — never the content of your records.
Access to your application
Your application lives on its own subdomain, isolated from everything else, and only the addresses you authorise can enter. You decide who gets in and who stops getting in, and the change is immediate.
When the contract ends
We return your data and delete our copies. The defined indicators and the model are yours: you keep the work, not just the access.
For clients operating in the European Union we act as data processor, under the corresponding GDPR agreement. For clients in Mexico, under the LFPDPPP.
