Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before signing.

How long from deciding to seeing my application?
The diagnosis starts the day you send us your real files, and we return the scope document within a few days. Development depends on the package and the number of sources; the exact timeline is written into the diagnosis before you pay anything. Halfway through, you see a working draft.
Who owns the data and the application?
You do. The data was always yours, and so are the defined indicators and the model. We provide the design, the development and the hosting.
What if we don't want to continue when the contract ends?
We return your data and delete our copies. We hand over the indicator definitions and the model so you can rebuild it with whoever you like. We hold nothing hostage.
What do you need from our side?
Two or three sample exports from your ERP and one person who knows those files, for an hour of conversation. Nothing else. We don't ask for ERP access and we don't touch your systems.
Do we have to change ERP or install anything?
No. We work on top of what you already have. The application opens in the browser; there is nothing to install on your team's computers.
How does the data get updated?
During the diagnosis we set a data contract: the exact file, its columns, names and date formats. One format, one file, always the same. You upload it and the system validates on the spot if something is missing. Every application shows its last-updated stamp.
Why is the commitment 12 months?
Because the value isn't in the delivery, it's in the ongoing work. An application nobody interprets for a year becomes another report nobody opens. The commitment holds both of us to the meeting rhythm.
